Mindfulness
Yesterday it was our last session of mindfulness. First we did yoga poses like downward dog, butterfly pose, and others yoga pose. Then we had to listen to our surroundings and see what we could hear. We had to focus on our breathing while laying down. Then we had to group up in pairs and do these poses with your partner like the boat. It's when you lift your legs and put them together and hold each other to make a boat. Then we had talk about what you were feeling then we played a game where you have to get the hoop through you while in a circle. Mindfulness helps me sleep and it was a good experience.
