Getting to know you form 2020.

In 2020 Hauraki has  been writing about ourselves and things we like to do. I talk about my self  and stuff that I love. it was easy writing about  things you like and dislike. we've done lots of swimming and cybersmart  and I joined ripper rugby, next week my teacher is choosing the team. I hope it I make it and i'm in soft ball but I haven't done training yet. hope you enjoy here the link to my writing .Link

Corbans Estate Trip

Malo e elei on Wednesday 13th we went  to Corbans Estate Henderson because to learn about the pacific  Islands and ocean and languages.

My favourite part is when we did the dance at the end and the part when we did the leis. The leis are for someone you aloha(love).

First we made leis for our parents or grandparents and the parents did some to. Leis are for some one special.

Then we went to drumming it was amazing the first group went up then me and my classmates and some from an other class.Then everyone came together and did a dance called hula the girls and boy was split the girls went first  then the boy the boys dance was strong. girls smooth and soft.

I learned some new languages and how to say thank you and hello.
